I was flicking through the TV channels and heard the newscaster say “Prince William and Kate have split up” I was OMG! Then realised it was the newscast of the LAST time.
How silly did I feel.

I know. It’s the dream isn’t it. (Unless you are involved in a scandal and it’s the last place you want to be.)
But I remember thinking Wouldn’t it be nice, if in an easy and simple way, without any or hardly any expense, and without spending HOURS repeatedly posting to social network sites, if we really could, really get to the front page of google.
Well Google “The Podcasters Bible”
Count ‘em baby.
OK I am not dancing a jig just yet to be honest, as “The Podcasters Bible” is not a very commonly searched term. The KEY is to find a much searched term, with limited competition to grab a good keyword. OK, it ticks the second box, not the first.
However, I have researched the art of keywords, and I do have several good ones, and am testing a system to get them the maximum promotion as quickly as possible.
I am confident it is possible..
…..and I will keep you posted.
I learned the art of keyword research from Chris Farrell – a man very quickly making a name for himself online as one of the very best- and today he made a very exciting announcement about something that Facebook are doing that will help you get more traffic.

I have been trying to think of something rude with 4 syllables, and I have plenty of ideas!
The One Big Dream
I was in discussion today with someone and we talked about ”
What’s the one big idea that will launch me into the big time” … and, well, goodness knows I have pondered that at times. However, if we look at most success stories, we see that there is a lot of “failure” or better put “feedback” on what does not work, before we find what does. Perhaps an unfolding from one thing to the next to the next would be a better way of doing it, each one building on the one before, rather than one hit.
I would say that this kind of success is more sustainable as well, and arguably more fun.
I think the old cliche “It took him 15 years to become an overnight success” applies here!
However, you CAN stand on the shoulders of others in the sense that folks have travelled a similar path before you, and have wisdom and learnings that you can find useful for yourself. In other words avoid a painful and costly learning curve.
